Find Help

Start with the guide for the product or activity you are using. It can help you identify the relevant setup, account, session, or payment information before reporting a problem. The Troubleshooting Guide covers connections, games, streams, and payment records.

Contact Options

  • Discord: use the support information in the RNDRNTWRK community to find the appropriate conversation.
  • Email: support@rndrntwrk.com.
  • Documentation: follow the product guide and its related setup or troubleshooting pages.

Describe the Problem

Include:
  • The product or page and what you were trying to do.
  • The step that failed, the time, and any visible error.
  • The device, browser, or application version involved.
  • A short sequence that reproduces the problem, if you can reproduce it safely.
  • A relevant session or operation reference and a redacted screenshot, where useful.
Keep credentials, recovery phrases, private keys, stream keys, and unrelated personal information out of the report. Preserve the original record privately. For a payment problem, check the original operation’s status before trying the payment again. An interface timeout and a failed transaction are different situations.

Common Questions

All you need to get started is an internet-enabled device. Choose the product or experience you want to explore and follow its guide.
A particular activity may use an account or wallet. Its setup instructions identify the supported options, network, and permissions for that activity.
555isthecoordinationassetofRNDRNTWRK.Startwiththegamesentryinstructions;anytokenbasedaccessconditionbelongstothatparticularexperience.Readthe[555 is the coordination asset of RNDRNTWRK. Start with the game’s entry instructions; any token-based access condition belongs to that particular experience. Read the [555 Token](/tokenomics/555-token) documentation for its role.
Record the game or activity, session reference, time, and last visible result. Check whether the activity or score was saved before starting again. Follow that experience’s reconnect guidance, and retain the record if a result is missing.
Check the chosen experience’s browser, controls, and display requirements. If something does not work on your device, include its model and browser version when reporting the problem.

Rewards and Payment Records

SW4P Earn extends SW4P’s economic model into source-aware allocation, claims, rewards, payout schedules, reserves, and reconciliation. Current status: SW4P Earn is not yet publicly available. No staking, liquidity, reward, or claim programme is currently open. SW4P Earn explains the programme model. A future programme would publish its eligible activity, funding source, allocation rules, recipients, claim timing, supported network and addresses, effective date, and support path. For an existing payment or activity record, keep its programme, session, or operation reference. A point balance, allocation, submitted claim, and confirmed payment are different kinds of record; use the record for the activity you are asking about.
