Added first-party plugin integration guidance to the canonical ecosystem docs for:
Established the ecosystem docs as the canonical public entry for 555 Stream and 555 Arcade
Repositioned plugin repo docs as organized reference material linked from the product pages

Full documentation restructure: Reorganized from 7 tabs to 6 tabs (Start, Products, Protocol, Tokenomics, Build, Community)
Consolidated duplicate content: VAP (3 pages → 1), Audience Inventory (2 → 1), Streaming (2 → 1), Gamification (2 → 1)
Merged 555x402 tab into Protocol tab — removed 555x402/ directory entirely
